Mueller Could Force Trump to sit for Interview

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has mentioned the possibility of issuing a grand jury subpoena for President Donald Trump.

The idea of forcing a sitting president to testify under oath has been put forward.

Should that happen, Trump could still fight it.

The Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights and, among other things, protects individuals from being compelled to be witnesses against themselves in criminal cases.

Mueller was appointed to oversee the probe into potential Russian interference into the last presidential election.
