RNC Mourn Loss of Long Time Employee

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is mourning the loss of a long time civilian employee.

Ruby Tobin has worked with the RNC for 27 years.

She passed away on Saturday morning after a short battle with Cancer.

She is described as being a "beautiful person who cared deeply for her family and her community and was a rock for the organization."
