Premier Ball Meets Premier Couillard in Quebec City

Premier Dwight Ball and Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard met with eachother in Quebec City on Thursday.

Both Premier Ball and Premier Couillard discussed matters of importance to both provinces including infrastructure and mining in the area of the Newfoundland and Labrador and Quebec border.
