Missing Snowmobiler Found

Back on Wednesday RCMP in St. Anthony received a report of a missing snowmobiler in the Cook’s Harbour area.

Police along with Long Range Ground Search and Rescue from Roddickton were dispatched. And a request for air support was sent to the RCMP Federal Enforcement Section.

The local residents of Cook’s Harbour were involved in the search and shortly after 1:30 a.m. this morning they were successful in locating the 71-year-old man.

There were no injuries.
