Accident on Heart’s Content Barrens Send Two to Hospital

A woman and her child were transported to Carbonear General Hospital following an accident on the Heart’s Content Barrens on Monday.

Trinity-Conception RCMP say that driving conditions were poor at the time with blowing snow, drifting and white-out's.

The road was closed for a short time.

The injuries were non-life threatening.
