Inquiry Says Judge Should be Fired after Cocaine Use
A Quebeec judge that is accused of purchasing cocaine should be should be removed from the bench according to a watchdog.
The Canadian Judicial Council says that the integrity of Michel Girouard has been 'fatally compromised'.
The group ruled that Girouard attempted to mislead and conceal the truth during the review process back in November.
Just two weeks prior to his appointment to the bench there is video that shows him allegedly buying an illicit substance.
