Woman Charged For Selling Docked Tail Puppies


RCMP in Holyrood have arrested a 41-year-old woman for selling puppies with docked tails.

Docking is the intentional removal of part of an animal's tail. It is illegal in this province.

The Boxer puppies were being sold from her home.

The woman has been charged with eight counts of violations under the Animal Health and Protection Act.
