Bay Roberts RCMP Take Down Armed Men

The RCMP have arrested two men following a report of an incident involving a handgun on Saturday morning at a business in Bay Roberts Police performed a high-risk takedown on a cube van that the suspects were driving with their service weapons drawn.

The arrest happened yesterday afternoon on Route 70, near Bay Roberts.

The weapon was seized, two men face charges of careless use of a firearm.
