19 Year Old Facing Several Highway Traffic Act Offences

Just after midnight yesterday the RNC stopped a 19 year old male driver.

He has his vehicle impounded and was charged with multiple Highway Traffic Act Offences.

The man had no Insurance, false registration stickers, expired licence, no vehicle registration, and failure to transfer.
