RNC Continuing to Search for Wanted Person

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Major Crime Unit is continuing to seek the assistance of the general public locating wanted person Cody Penney.

Penney is wanted for failing to appear at Provincial Court in St. John’s in May of 2017 for sentencing in relation to Extortion, Uttering Threats, Criminal Harassment, and Failing to Comply with Court Orders.

Police have received new information that suggests Penney could be in the Kitchener, Ontario area. Anyone who has any information pertaining to the whereabouts of Cody Penney is asked to contact the RNC at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
