St. John's Holding a Tax Sale

The City of St. John's will hold a tax sale of unpaid taxes on properties on January 9.

There are two properties that will be up for auction:

823-A Main Road. As of the last day of this year $4,927.39 is owned on the property.

655-657 Main Road. As of December 31 there was $6,180.35 owning on the property.

Any properties that are lived in cannot be sold.
