Jarrett Cody Pleads Guilty to Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking

On Wednesday morning at the Supreme Court in St. John's, 31 year old Jarrett Cody was to stand trial on two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.

The trial was supposed to take place next year, however, Cody changed his plea to guilty. There was no lawyer present, he instead represented himself.

He will return to court on February 27th at 10:00 a.m. for facts and sentencing.

Cody was also named in court documents pertaining to the murder of Larry Wellman in St. John’s back in 2015. Jarrett Cody along with Brandon Phillips are accused of taking credit card owned by Premier Ball and charging thousands of dollars to it.
