Man Caught Violating Curfew

Police arrested a 57 year old resident of Halfway Point in Corner Brook last night after he was found failing to abide by his curfew.

He was held in custody.

A search incident to arrest revealed that the male was in possession of a pocket knife.

The male has been charged with failing to keep the peace, failing to abide by his curfew and failing to abide by a condition that restricted him from possessing any weapons including a knife. He will make a court appearance later today.
