Man Hits Police Cruiser Then Fled Scene

A man is in a heap of trouble after allegedly striking a police cruiser and then fleeing the scene.

RCMP say that early on Saturday morning they responded to a report of suspicious vehicle in Portugal Cove South.

Officers from Ferryland and Holyrood combined with a K-9 Unit surrounded the vehicle.

All were arrested.
