Vehicle Damaged After Storm Causes Havoc at MUN Construction Site

At 6:55 pm yesterday at the height of the Avalon blizzard RNC Operational Patrol Services responded to an accident on Prince Phillip Dr. in St. Johns.

As a result of very high winds and stormy conditions a vehicle was damaged with construction material fallen from a building under construction in the area.

There was only minor damage to the vehicle and no injuries reported.

The roadway was closed down for a short period and the construction company was contacted to secure the materials in the construction area.
