One Death From Lettuce Infected with E. coli

One person has died from E. coli after eating romaine lettuce. Officials won't say if the death was in this province of not.
There are 30 people reported cases in five provinces. Twelve have been sent to hospital.
Thirteen of the cases are in Newfoundland and Labrador, five are in New Brunswick and Quebec and there are one is in Nova Scotia.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is working to determine the source of the E. coli.
Symptoms of E. coli include:
Nausea
Vomiting
Stomach cramps
Diarrhea that often is bloody
Fever of about 37.7 C to 38.3 C
Malaise
Loss of appetite
Mild dehydration
