Paradise and NAPE Reach Agreement

The Town of Paradise says all facilities will open at 12 p.m. on Monday.

The announcement comes after a tentative agreement was reached between the town and union employees.

Under the new agreement, employees will receive a 12 per cent wage increase, a signing bonus of $200 for each member, and the residential mil rate will not change in 2018.

The agreement will last for 3.5 years and will be retroactive to January 1, 2017.
