Domestic Incident in PCSP

RNC responded to a domestic incident in the Portugal Cove - St. Phillips area.

As a result a 35 year old male was arrested and charged with Assault with a Weapon, Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Forcible Confinement, Overcoming Resistance (Choking), Uttering Threats and Breach of Court Order.

With the assistance of the Criminal Investigation Division the matter is still under investigation.

The accused was held at city lock up for court in the a.m.
