Province to Review Residential Tenancies Act

The provincial government will take a look at the Residential Tenancies Act to ensure it protects both the tenants and landlords.

The announcement stems form a story from St. John's earlier this week.

Landlord Nicole Ivey-Cross has been left with a mess left by the tenants of her rental property. She says damages total $15,000.

Knives were left sticking out of walls, the home was littered with garbage, blood, used needles and children’s toys.
