Missing Person Update, St. John's

September 7, 2017 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is seeking the assistance of the general public in locating missing person Allison SMITH.

On September 5, 2017, the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary received a missing person report concerning Allison SMITH. Allison SMITH was last seen leaving a party in the area of Memorial University at around 1:00am on September 5th, 2017.

Allison SMITH is described as being 5’10” with brown eyes and brown hair. When last seen, Allison SMITH was wearing dark jeans and a tank top. SMITH is known to drive a 2012 grey 4-door Hyundai Elantra with a black bug deflector and window rain guards (NL plate # HVB-594 – Photo Attached). Investigators have received a new photo of SMITH that was taken the night she was last seen. (Photo Attached)

SMITH failed to show up for a scheduled appointment at 9:00 am (September 5th) in Clarenville (where her family is originally from) on the morning she was last seen.

The RNC Major Crime Unit is continuing the search and is seeking the assistance of the general public.
