23 year old arrested in Corner Brook after stealing vehicle

On Sept 6, 2017 at 2:09 am, RNC Patrol Services responded to a report that a Motor vehicle had been taken without consent from a residential Driveway. Upon arrival, the vehicle had returned and the driver was arrested. As a result of the investigation, a 23 year old resident of Corner Brook has been charged with taking a motor Vehicle without Consent from the Owner, Impaired operation of a motor vehicle and refusal to provide a breath sample in accordance with a demand made under the Criminal Code. The accused was also issued a Summary Offence Ticket for operating am motor vehicle with a suspended License. He will appear in Provincial Court at a later date to answer to these charges.
