Paramedics Call Police After Dealing With Two Difficult Patients


A man will appear in front of a judge this morning after an incident last night.

Eastern Health paramedics called police last night after trying to get the man into an ambulance.

He has been charged with resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer and damaging property.

Paramedic also had a second unruly patient last night.

At about 9:00 last night in the centre city police charged a 31-year-old woman, who had several outstanding warrants against her, with breaching court orders and probation.

She was also held for court.
