Flag person struck by motor vehicle in St. John's

RNC Patrol officers responded to Shea Heights, the scene of a traffic accident wherein a flag person was struck by a motor vehicle. As a result of the follow-up investigation, the 37 year old female driver was charged with failing to use due care and attention for a pedestrian and operating an unregistered vehicle. She will answer to the charges at a later date. The flag person received minor injuries.
