Main Gut Trestle Near Stephenville Crossing Remains Closed

The provincial government is reminding the public that the Main Gut Trestle, located in Stephenville Crossing in the T’Railway Provincial Park, remains closed to all pedestrian and motorized use due to serious structural issues.

The bridge was originally closed in November 2006 and has been barricaded since that time with signage in place.

The public is asked to respect the newly posted “Keep Back 20 Metres” signs.
