RNC Stop Teen Using ATV On Road #nltraffic

At 5:00 pm on Monday RNC Patrol Officers discovered a 16 year old male operating an all terrain vehicle on a roadway.

As a result, the male was charged under the Highway Traffic Act with operating an ATV on a roadway without insurance and driving without reasonable consideration for other drivers.

The ATV was impounded.
