Police Called to Corner Brook Hospital, Arrests Drunk Patient
RNC officers in Corner Brook were called to Western Memorial Regional Hospital at approximately 1:20 am this morning.
The call was pertaining to a Male who was there receiving treatment and was causing problems and was highly intoxicated.
After a brief interaction with the Male, he was arrested for causing a disturbance and escorted from the hospital.
The male was bound by a probation order bearing the condition to keep the peace and be of good behavior.
The male was held in custody due to his high level of intoxication and will be released later this morning to appear in provincial court at a later date to answer to a charge of causing a disturbance and breach of probation.
