St. John's Pride Parade This Afternoon #nltraffic

The St. John's Pride Parade take place this afternoon beginning at 3 pm at City Hall and finishes at Bannerman Park at 4 pm.

As a result there will be some road closures.

New Gower Street east lane closed at intersection with Waldegrave Street from 1 – 3:15 p.m.

New Gower Street west lane closed at intersection with Queens Road/Duckworth Street from 1 – 3:15 p.m.

New Gower Street closed between Waldegrave Street and Duckworth Street from 1 - 3:15 p.m. to prepare for the Pride Parade.

At 3 p.m. the parade will proceed as follows:

• Duckworth Street

• Cavendish Square

• Military Road

• Bannerman Road

The weather looks like it will co-operate with a mix of sun and cloud this afternoon and a high of 22.
