RNC Release Photos of Armed Robbery Suspects

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) General Investigation Unit is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the two men responsible for an armed robbery on Thursday afternoon. On Thursday, July 13, 2017 shortly after 5:00 pm officers with RNC Patrol Services Division and Forensic Identification Services responded an armed robbery that had just occurred at Metro Pharmacy on Majors Path. Two men, both with faces concealed, entered the pharmacy armed with weapons and demanded prescription drugs. The two men fled the scene in a 2-door black Honda Civic with a large quantity of prescription drugs prior to police arrival. The two are described as: First suspect – 5’9”-5’10” with an average build. He was wearing grey sweatpants, dark jacket and a white mask/bandana concealing his face. Second Suspect – Described as being shorter than the first suspect. He was wearing red and black pajama pants with a dark jacket.
