RCMP Post Warning About Speeding Driver, Social Media Users Brag About Their Own Speeds

The Manitoba RCMP took to social media to highlight how fast a driver was going, but rather than social media users understand the important message, they posted their own top speeds to the Facebook page.

One driver quipped, "170 km/h is nothing to bat an eye at in a modern vehicle."

The driver stopped by the RCMP received a fine of $1,119 . She was clocked at 173 km/h in a 100 km/h zone last week.

Her excuse for speeding? She was in a hurry to deliver flowers.
