Court Date Set for Two who Caused a Disturbance

At 10:30 pm last evening RNC Patrol Services responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the East End of St. John’s.

As a result of the police investigation a 28 year old male was charged with uttering threats and breaching a Court Order as well another 28 year old male was charged with common assault.

The male and female victims were both adult and no injuries were sustained as a result of the assault.

The two accused were released to appear in Court at a later date.

All parties involved knew each other.
