Man Breaches Several Court Orders & Drunk in Public in Corner Brook

The RNC in Corner Brook responded to a disturbance at a Westside business involving a disorderly intoxicated male early yesterday afternoon.

Once police arrived, the male was detained under the Detention of Intoxicated Persons Act and was held until sober.

A further investigation revealed that he was on court orders from the Port Saunders courts and the Grand Falls-Windsor courts.

As a result, he was charged with two counts of Breach of Undertaking and one count of Breach of Probation.

He will attend Provincial Court later today to answer to these charges.
