RNC Arrest Four Following Corner Brook Break In's

On June 18, 2017 at 1:58 am, RNC officers responded to an alarm at a commercial business in the West Street area of Corner Brook.
Upon arrival, it was determined that entry into a business had been gained and a Break and Enter had occurred.
Officers immediately contained the immediate area and RNC Police Dog Services were called in to assist. After a search of the area, 3 suspects were arrested without incident. 2 adults and a youth who were all residents of Corner Brook.
After scene examination by Forensic Identification Services, and through the course of the investigation, it was determined that two other commercial break and enters had taken place at other businesses in the surrounding area.
A fourth suspect has been identified during the investigation but not arrested throughout that night. The three people arrested were held in custody to answer to charges of Break and Enter later today in court.
One of the individuals is also charged with 2 counts of Possession of Stolen Property.
Later in the day all three accused appeared in Court.
The two adults were remanded to appear on June 19 in Provincial Court Corner Brook while the youth was released with conditions and to appear in Youth Court at a later date.
During the afternoon of June 18, RNC Patrol Services located the fourth male suspect and he was arrested without incident. The fourth male, a 14 year old male, was charged with three counts of break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime, and breach of court order.
This youth was held in custody and will appear in Youth Court on June 19 in Corner Brook.
