Another Driver Caught Without Insurance

Around 2:00 pm Saturday afternoon RNC patrol officers conducted a traffic safety stop on Elizabeth Ave St. John’s.

A 58 year old male driver was ticketed for driving without a valid insurance policy, driving without a valid driver’s license, failing to notify the Registrar of change of address and failing to change ownership on a vehicle.

His vehicle was impounded.
