Passenger Refuses to Pay for Taxi Fare #nltraffic

On 13 June 2017 at approximately 3:15 am members of RNC Patrol Services responded to a call from a Taxi Driver in the center part of town for assistance.

A taxi driver said that a passenger would not pay for the fare.

As a result of investigation a 20 year old male was charged with failure to pay for taxi services.

He was released to appear in court at a later date.
