Male Injures Following Disturbance in Corner Brook

On June 11, at approximately 4:45 p.m. RNC Patrol Services, with the assistance from RNC Forensic Identification Section, responded to a disturbance in progress at a residence in the Elizabeth Street area of Corner Brook.

It was reported that a male had been injured by another known male during a disturbance.

The victim received what is believed to be serious, non-life threatening injuries and was conveyed to Western Memorial Regional Hospital for treatment.

The suspect had left the area prior to police arrival. No arrest has been made at this point as the suspect has not been located.

The investigation into the incident remains under investigation.
