Snow Crab Fishery Extended

Due to extensive pack ice surrounding some Newfoundland Communities, DFO has extended the snow crab fishery season.

Areas located in 3K will have until Saturday, July 15 at 8:00 p.m.

Boats that cannot leave port due to ice may also contact Area Chief Resource Management to discuss options.
