Fire at Waterford Hospital

A 49 year old female patient set a fire in a wastepaper basket at the Waterford Hospital around 8:30 am yesterday morning.

Staff called the RNC and after an investigation, the female was arrested, charged with Arson, and conveyed to Provincial Court.

There were no injuries and damage was limited to where the fire had originated.
