RNC Lay Charges of Forcible Confinement
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Patrol Services Division has charged a 42 year old male resident of St. John’s with forcible confinement in relation to an overnight incident on Tuesday. Members of the RNC Patrol Services Division and Forensic Identification Services responded to a report of an unclothed woman on a street in downtown St. John’s.
