Extensive Damage to St. John's Home After Fire

The St. Johns Regional Fire Department battled a blaze that broke out around 11:30 pm last night on Petty Harbor Rd.

The Fire Department called in the RNC to assist with traffic control and scene management.

The residence suffered extensive damage and the matter will be investigated by the Criminal Investigation Division fire section in the morning.

There were no injuries in the fire, all persons escaped without injury.

The Salvation Army and the Red Cross are assisting.
