Teen Charged After Using Hatchet on Seagull

A 16 year old male is facing charges of injuring or endangering animals.

On May 15th, 2017 at 12:09 pm police responded to a complaint of animal cruelty.

The youth had used a hatchet on a seagull.

The youth was arrested and then released to the custody of his parents to be summoned to court at a later date.
