HMP Inmate Threatens Guard

RNC were called to to Her Majesty’s Penitentiary following a complaint of Uttering threats.

It was alleged that an inmate had threatened to cause death or serious bodily harm to a Correctional officer.

As a result of the follow up investigation, a 32 year old inmate is charged with Uttering Threats and Breach of Court Orders.

He will appear at Provincial Court in this morning.
