RNC found another driver driving while disqualified.

Police conducted a traffic stop and charged the 35-year-old man around 4 pm yesterday afternoon.

He also faces charges of failing to transfer ownership of the vehicle and no insurance.

He was released to appear in court.

Police impounded the vehicle.
