Man Throws Dead Seals in Potholes #nltraffic

VIEWER DISCRETION IS ADVISED

Ben Ploughman of Port au Choix was putting dead seals into the massive potholes in the community.

He said he was doing it to draw attention to the issue.

We called Chris Mitchelmore's office and received no response. Ploughman said that Mitchelmore will not return their calls.
