Byrne on the West Coast for Events Today #nlpoli

Advanced Education, Skills and Labour Minister Gerry Byrne has a couple of events that he is attending today on the West Coast.

At 10:30 a.m. at the Department of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour Employment Centre, on 1-3 Union Street, Byrne will bring greetings to the Transitions to Work pilot program graduation ceremony and highlight its progress.

Then he will be at the Greenwood Inn & Suites for a presentation of the 2017 Budget. Byrne will focus on announcements impacting western Newfoundland. The event, hosted by the Greater Corner Brook Board of Trade, take place from 12:00 - 1:30 pm.
