Portions of Central Newfoundland is still digging out after a storm dropped 69 cm of snow at Gander International Airport, 62.4 cm and Terra Nova National Park, and 39.4 cm in Twillingate.

Gander has had about 550 cm of snow this season.

Yet again today most schools in central parts of the province are closed for the at least the morning.
