Two Arrested for Drug Trafficking in Happy Valley-Goose Bay

RCMP Street Level Drug Unit conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Happy Valley-Goose Bay. As a result of this traffic stop approximately 100 grams of marihuana was seized along with other drug paraphernalia.

A 34 year old man from Fort McMurray & a 33 year old woman from Happy Valley-Goose Bay were taken into custody without incident.

A charge of possession of marihuana for the purpose of trafficking are pending against both individuals.
