Man charged with trafficking in prescription drugs

The RCMP Federal Operations Section arrested a man following an investigation into the trafficking of prescription drugs.

On March 5, 2017, the 42-year-old St. John’s man was taken into custody and is facing numerous counts of trafficking as well as a breach of undertaking.

Percocet, Ritalin, Hydromorphone, Dilaudid, Morphine, Methadone as well as a vehicle were seized.

He is scheduled to appear in St. John’s Provincial court on Monday, March 6, 2017.
