Mid-Week Low for NL #nlwx

An area of low pressure will begin to impact Newfoundland on Labrador on Wednesday.

Over Labrador snow is likely for most areas. In some cases it will continue into Friday night.

It appears as though most of Newfoundland will see snow to start followed by either ice pellets or freezing rain, and then a transition to rain.

Most snow will fall over the Northern Peninsula and most of the rain will fall over the south coast.

Wind will be relatively strong as well.

We are continuing to monitor this storm and will provide updates on precipitation amounts over the next few days.
