Man Shot in Hunting Accident

Police are investigating an unusual incident.

A male was taken to St. Clares Hospital after being shot in a hunting accident.

One family member fired at what he believed to be a rabbit resulting in minor injuries to another of the hunting parties.

Follow up investigation is ongoing by the Criminal Investigation Division to determine whether any charges will be laid.
