CBS Firefighters Assaulted

RNC responded to a call from CBS Fire Department, requesting assistance at a medical emergency around noon on Tuesday.

Paramedics and firefighters were confronted by a combative individual who assaulted two of the firefighters.

Two charges of assault were laid against a 58 year old male resident of Conception Bay South. The individual will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
